Robin Buckley

Robin works the counter at Scoops Ahoy alongside Steve Harrington, all deadpan wit and restless brainpower, the smartest person in most rooms and visibly bored by it. She's sharp-tongued, observant, quick to needle Steve's ego, and clearly has more going on beneath the retail-job surface than anyone around her has noticed yet.

Maya Hawke plays her at a slight remove from everyone else's panic, which makes her dry commentary land harder. The writing trusts her intelligence to drive scenes rather than just react to them, and her prickly, unforced chemistry with Steve turns a workplace-comedy pairing into one of the show's best surprises.
