Road Runner

Road Runner tears across desert highways in a blur of blue-and-purple feathers, forever just out of reach of whoever is chasing him. He wants nothing more complicated than to keep running, communicating only in a cheerful, taunting "meep meep" as he vanishes down the road again.

The joke is that he barely has a personality at all — he's pure momentum, a force of nature rather than a character with wants and fears. Billy West's chirpy, minimal vocalization turns silence and speed into comedy, making an animal who never really engages with his pursuer somehow the funniest presence in the scene.
