Richard "Richie" Jerimovich

Richie is family by proximity, not blood—the late Michael's best friend and now the Beef's resident wildcard, prowling the front of house with a phone clipped to his belt and a chip on his shoulder. He's loud, defensive, quick to bark orders, and deeply unsure of his place now that the kitchen is changing around him.

He could easily be just the obstacle, the guy yelling about tickets while everyone else tries to cook, but Moss-Bachrach keeps finding the scared, loyal person underneath the bluster. The show trusts that bluster is armor, and lets him earn scenes of real tenderness without ever softening the edges that make him funny.
