Richard Casablancas

Richard Casablancas is Neptune's kind of money: a real estate mogul with a mansion, a yacht, and two sons he barely seems to notice. He's charming in the way rich men who've never been told no are charming, waving off consequences with a checkbook. Dick and Cassidy orbit him; he barely looks up.

David Starzyk plays him with an easy, sunburned confidence that makes his negligence land harder than cruelty would — he's not a monster, just a man who's never had to be present. The show uses him as shorthand for Neptune's class divide, and Starzyk keeps him plausible: genial, distracted, quietly rotten.
