Real Fake Door Salesman

A door-to-door huckster who deals exclusively in "real fake doors" — a distinction he insists matters, though he can never quite explain why. He appears just long enough to pitch his bizarre product with total sincerity, treating the absurdity of his own sales pitch as the most normal thing in the world.

The joke is entirely in the commitment: nobody questions how nonsensical "real fake doors" sounds, least of all the salesman selling them. Roiland's deadpan delivery treats the gibberish like a genuine consumer product, which is the whole gag — a perfect little piece of Rick and Morty's background-noise absurdism.
