Ratman's Girlfriend

She appears at Ratman's side in the background crowds of New New York, a fellow anthropomorphic rodent-person going about her business in a city that treats mutant and animal-headed citizens as unremarkable. She has no dialogue to speak of and no stated ambitions beyond simply existing in frame, one more odd face in Futurama's teeming future.

Futurama's world-building runs on background jokes like this one — characters glimpsed for a second who imply a whole ordinary life happening just outside the plot. Tress MacNeille, one of the show's utility players, gives her the same throwaway commitment as the show's biggest roles, which is exactly the gag: nobody in this city blinks at a woman dating a rat-headed man.
