Ralph Wiggum
Ralph Wiggum in The Simpsons (1989), played by Nancy Cartwright.
Ralph Wiggum is a major character in The Simpsons. He is the son of Chief Wiggum and Sarah Wiggum and a student at Springfield Elementary School. Ralph is a well-meaning boy who suffers from either severe learning and social disabilities, and/or some other form of childhood psychiatric disorder. The nature of his mentality is kept rather ambiguous, much like many of the signature traits of much of the show's cast.
