Rafael 'Raf' Garcia

Raf is one of the boys stranded on a second island in The Wilds' expanded experiment, thrown into survival alongside strangers he has every reason not to trust. He is guarded and watchful at first, sizing up the group's dynamics before he lets anyone see what he actually wants or fears.

Zack Calderon plays Raf with a wary stillness that makes his gradual openness feel earned rather than scripted. The show gives him room to be more than a survival-plot function — his friendships and hesitations carry real weight, and Calderon finds the quiet, specific beats in a character who could easily have been generic.
