Prisoner at Rikers Island

Inside Rikers, this inmate is one of the men who actually runs the block — watchful, unhurried, impossible to ignore. He takes a particular interest in Naz, the frightened new arrival everyone else sees only as easy prey, and starts deciding what will happen to him next.

Sticky Fingaz plays power as stillness rather than volume, which makes the character genuinely frightening — he never needs to raise his voice because the whole jail already listens. The show uses him to reveal how quickly protection becomes debt, and he sells that shift with unsettling calm.
