Princess Cirilla of Cintra

Cirilla is the princess of Cintra, granddaughter of the fierce Queen Calanthe, thrust into flight when Nilfgaard's armies overrun her homeland. Headstrong and sheltered, she has grown up expecting a settled royal life, not a war. Now she runs, alone and frightened, carrying a destiny tied to a witcher she has never met but is bound to by an old promise.

Allan plays Ciri as a girl still catching up to her own importance — regal instincts colliding with raw panic, stubbornness that reads as both privilege and survival instinct. The show wisely lets her be graceless and scared before it lets her be powerful, so every flash of steel or defiance she shows later feels earned rather than declared.
