Prime Minister

The Prime Minister pops up as one of Earth's stuffier officials, a fussbudget in a suit who speaks with clipped, self-important formality. He presides over ceremonies and pronouncements with the air of a man who believes protocol matters more than substance, and reacts to the show's chaos with prim, wounded dignity.

Billy West, already voicing half the cast, gives this bureaucrat a plummy, brittle hauteur that turns every appearance into a tiny joke about institutional self-regard. He's never the point of an episode, but that's the pleasure: a background functionary rendered so precisely fussy that his few lines land harder than his screen time should allow.
