A disembodied head floating in a jar, one of many former world leaders preserved for posterity in the year 3000. He turns up in crowd scenes and ceremonial gatherings, a relic of 20th-century politics reduced to a curious museum piece with nothing left to do but exist as a punchline.

The joke is the whole point: a solemn historical figure rendered eternally, absurdly small by the show's future. Maurice LaMarche brings just enough gravity to the voice that the indignity lands harder, another example of Futurama's gift for finding comedy in the collision of dignity and diminishment.
