Power

Power is a Blood Fiend working under contract with Public Safety, paired up with Denji as part of an uneasy alliance between humans and devils. She is loud, vain, and shamelessly self-interested, prone to lying for personal gain and fiercely devoted to her pet cat, Meowy. Chaos tends to follow wherever she goes.

The joke is the gap between her power — she can weaponize blood with terrifying ease — and her personality, which is pure spoiled child. Ai Fairouz plays her with gleeful, unhinged energy, all bragging and tantrums, so that the moments she actually shows loyalty land as real surprises rather than softening.
