Character
Porkchop
Porkchop in Doug (1991), played by Fred Newman.
His home is a fully equipped and furnished fake igloo in the Nickelodeon version and a tepee in the Disney version. No reason is given to the difference, or change, between the two dog houses. He also has a mailbox, clothes, a Walkman and many other human possessions. It is possible Porkchop could be based on Snoopy from the Peanuts comic strips and animated cartoons.
