Poker Sign-Up Clerk

A minor functionary glimpsed in passing, the Poker Sign-Up Clerk exists to process whoever wants into a game of cards, treating the transaction with the flat, bureaucratic indifference typical of Futurama's background world. He's a face in a queue-line joke, not a player in the story's larger doings.

Billy West, already juggling half the show's cast, brings the same deadpan efficiency to this nobody that he gives Fry or the Professor, and that's the gag: even a nothing clerk gets a fully committed voice performance. It's a tiny example of how Futurama makes its throwaway world feel inhabited.
