Philip Todd

Philip Todd was the husband of Megan Todd and co-owner of the antiques shop in Collinsport. He was a victim of the Leviathans, and became the foster-father of Jeb Hawkes. Philip was blamed and arrested for the deaths of Paul Stoddard, Sheriff Davenport, and Lawrence Guthrie. While in jail, Philip was visited by the ghost of Peter Bradford, who told him he should kill Jeb for what he did to Megan.
