Peter Gregory is the reclusive billionaire behind Raviga Capital, a venture fund he runs on instinct and idiosyncrasy rather than convention. He funds Richard Hendricks' compression startup on a whim, speaks in strange non-sequiturs about ostriches and Coca-Cola conspiracies, and seems to operate on a wavelength no one else can quite follow.

Christopher Evan Welch plays him with a flat, unhurried strangeness that turns every scene into a small puzzle — you're never sure if Peter is a genius three steps ahead or simply detached from reality, and the show never quite tells you either. That ambiguity, delivered completely deadpan, makes him the funniest and most quietly mysterious person in any room he enters.
