Panda

Panda is a Tulsa police detective who conceals his identity behind a stuffed-animal mask, part of the department's masked response to years of violence against officers. He works closely with Looking Glass, handling fieldwork with an easy, unbothered manner that belies the tension running through the force around him.

Jacob Ming-Trent brings a loose, likable warmth to a show otherwise thick with dread and disguise, making Panda feel like the rare cop comfortable in his own skin despite the mask. That contrast, calm humor inside a paranoid institution, gives the character his charge without needing a big showcase moment.
