Behind the front-desk mundanity she's revealed early on to be a black belt with a surprising past, itching for the chaos everyone else is trying to avoid.

Amber Nash plays Pam with total commitment to her lack of shame, turning every scene into an opportunity for the show's filthiest, funniest lines. The writing keeps escalating what she's capable of — physically, sexually, chemically — and Nash sells it completely straight, so the gag is never that she's ridiculous but that everyone else keeps underestimating her.
