Pacho Herrera

Pacho Herrera is one of the four men running the Cali Cartel, the polished, image-conscious operation trying to outlast Pablo Escobar by staying quiet and respectable. He's sharp-dressed, socially fluent, and openly gay in a world that punishes any weakness — moving through boardrooms and nightclubs alike with the same watchful charm.

Alberto Ammann plays him as a man performing composure at all times, which makes the character electric whenever that composure nearly slips. The show lets Pacho be gay without turning it into his whole identity, and Ammann uses that tension — a smile that's also armor — to make him the cartel's most quietly dangerous man.
