Omicronian Guest #2

One of the nameless Omicronian faces glimpsed at whatever gathering the plot has dragged the crew to on Omicron Persei 8 — a tentacled, unbothered extra reacting to Lrrr's whims or the general chaos around him, present for atmosphere rather than plot, gone as quickly as he arrived.

Futurama's background aliens are half the joke, and Tress MacNeille, one of the show's great utility voices, gives even a one-line Omicronian a distinct squawk or grumble that makes the frame worth pausing on. It's a small, disposable bit of texture from a performer who never treats disposable as an excuse to phone it in.
