This Omicronian appears among Lrrr's subjects on the planet Omicron Persei 8, part of the background chorus of alien citizens whose entire culture seems built around brutal warfare, reality television, and casual menace. She has no name beyond her role, just a voice and a presence in a crowd of similarly terrifying beings.

Futurama's gag economy runs on exactly this kind of throwaway alien getting one perfect line, and Lauren Tom's flexibility as a voice actor is what makes it land. She can drop into an Omicronian's deadpan menace for a single scene and vanish, and the joke works because she never signals that it's a bit part.
