Oily

Oily is a minor face in Futurama's crowded future, one of the background dwellers who pop up around New New York to color in the world Fry stumbles into. He exists on the margins of the main cast, doing small business in a big satirical universe rather than driving any plot himself.

John DiMaggio, already doing heavy lifting as Bender elsewhere in the show, brings the same gruff comic instinct to smaller parts like this one. Even a passing character gets a distinct voice and a bit of personality, which is part of why Futurama's world feels so densely, weirdly alive.
