Nora Reid

Nora Reid is one of the young women stranded after a plane crash strands them on a deserted island, ostensibly bound for a self-help retreat. Watchful and quietly intense, she keeps to the margins of the group, observing more than she speaks, and seems to carry a private agenda that has little to do with survival alone.

Helena Howard plays Nora as a held breath—still, deliberate, faintly unreadable in a cast full of louder, more immediately legible personalities. That reticence becomes the character's engine: the show trusts her silences to carry weight, and Howard fills them with something watchful and unresolved that makes you want to know exactly what she isn't saying.
