Nonon Jakuzure

Nonon Jakuzure conducts Honnoji Academy's marching band like a personal army, baton in hand and disdain in her voice. One of Satsuki Kiryuin's Elite Four, she treats lesser students as an audience to sneer at, mixing girlish pom-pom flourishes with real cruelty, utterly devoted to the order she enforces from the podium.

She's a delightful contradiction: cutesy, petulant, drenched in glitter and majorette twirls, yet capable of leveling a gymnasium without changing expression. Mayumi Shintani plays her with a bratty sing-song lilt that curdles instantly into menace, and the show never lets her music-as-weapon gimmick feel like a joke — it's genuinely, gleefully dangerous.
