Nibblonian #1

One of the tiny, pink, big-eyed Nibblonians glimpsed among the secretive alien race tasked with guarding the universe's darkest secret. He appears as part of this diminutive, ancient order, dignified despite his size, speaking with the gravity of a being who knows far more than he's permitted to say.

Phil LaMarr gives the character a clipped, serious cadence that plays against his squeaky, doll-sized appearance, which is the joke and the charm of the Nibblonians generally: enormous cosmic responsibility poured into a creature you could fit in your pocket. It's a small role, but it's tuned exactly right.
