Neutral President

The elected head of Earth's government, Neutral President governs with a campaign slogan of pure indecision and a face that seems to have been split down the middle between two political parties. He presides over crises with cheerful vagueness, offering platitudes instead of policy, content so long as no one is upset.

The joke is the whole design: a leader whose entire platform is refusing to pick a side, voiced by Maurice LaMarche with the same blustery, self-important cadence he brings to grander cartoon authority figures. It is a small, sharp jab at spineless politics that never needs to explain itself twice.
