Neptunian Woman

A minor alien resident of Neptune glimpsed in the sprawling background of Futurama's universe, she exists mostly as one of the show's countless one-off extraterrestrials — a quick sight gag or a single line delivered with matter-of-fact weirdness before the plot moves past her entirely.

Futurama's genius lives in throwaway details like this, and Tress MacNeille — one of the great utility voices in animation — gives even a blink-and-you'll-miss-her alien a specific, funny cadence. She's proof the show never wasted an inch of its universe, no matter how briefly the camera lingered.
