Ms. Crookshanks

Ms. Crookshanks is Lady Trieu's aide, first seen handling the practical machinery of her employer's vast schemes with brisk, unbothered efficiency. She speaks little, asks no questions, and treats the strangest tasks as routine paperwork. Whatever Trieu needs done, she is already doing it, calm and exact.

Sara Vickers plays her with a flat, unhurried competence that makes the character's silence more interesting than dialogue would be — you watch her face for the tell that never comes. In a show full of people driven by grief and ideology, she's a study in pure functional loyalty, and that restraint is what makes her memorable.
