Ms. Casey

Ms. Casey is Lumon's wellness counselor on the severed floor, a serene, softly-spoken presence who appears when an employee is distressed and offers strange, soothing rituals of comfort — reciting facts, prescribed platitudes — before vanishing back into the building's hush. She seems kind, contained, and slightly unreal.

Dichen Lachman plays calm as something uncanny rather than reassuring, every gesture a little too composed for the panic around her. The writing keeps her purpose deliberately opaque, a warm mask worn by the company itself, and Lachman lets curiosity flicker under the placidity just enough to make you wonder who she is underneath it.
