Character
Mr. Burley
Mr. Burley in Power Rangers (1993), played by Ian Harcourt.
Mr. Burley is a Harwood County High School science teacher and its only known employee. The Mega Rangers (unknown to Mr. Burley) attend his class, but his lessons allow him to serve as the Rangers' ally. He seems to resemble Mr. Caplan, but appears to be a bit wackier and much funnier than him, taking more of Professor Phenomenus' traits, as well as those of Bulk and Skull.
