Morgan Grimes

Morgan is Chuck's best friend since childhood, a fellow Buy More employee who has no idea Chuck has become a secret agent. He's loyal, a little clueless, chronically undersponsored by his own life ambitions, and devoted to Chuck's happiness in a way that borders on codependent. He wants normalcy, friendship, and maybe a promotion.

Joshua Gomez plays Morgan with unguarded sincerity, so the comic beats—his terrible boundaries, his conspiracy theories, his fierce best-friend loyalty—never curdle into mockery. The show trusts him as emotional ballast: the guy who doesn't know the secret but somehow still asks the right questions, which makes his eventual arc land instead of just amuse.
