Monster Zoidberg

A giant, city-stomping version of Dr. Zoidberg, transformed after diving into the crushing pressure of the deep ocean. Once tiny and pathetic, he now looms over New New York like a lobster-crab kaiju, bellowing and smashing buildings while everyone tries to figure out what on earth has happened to their unloved crew doctor.

It is the joke of Zoidberg's whole existence blown up to skyscraper scale: the show's most disrespected character finally impossible to ignore, played dead straight as a Godzilla-movie threat. Billy West keeps that same wounded, garbled voice even at monster size, which is what makes the sight gag land instead of just being a spectacle.
