Miss Huang

A child in a crisp uniform, Miss Huang arrives on the severed floor with a clipboard and zero patience for nonsense. She supervises Mark's team with the brisk authority of a seasoned manager, unbothered by the fact that she is clearly still a kid among adults who tower over her.

The joke and the horror are the same joke: Lumon has produced a true believer so young she hasn't learned to doubt the company's language yet. Sarah Bock plays her utterly straight, no wink, which makes every deadpan directive land harder than it should and turns a small role into one of the show's sharpest jabs at institutional indoctrination.
