Min Farshaw

Min Farshaw works at the Stag and Lion in Baerlon, dressed in trousers and a man's coat, sharp-eyed and sharper-tongued. She has a strange gift: glimpses of images and light around people that hint at their futures, though she rarely likes explaining them. When strangers from the Two Rivers pass through, she notices far more than she says.

Kae Alexander plays her with a dry, unimpressed wit that cuts through the show's mysticism without undercutting it — Min takes her own visions seriously even as she rolls her eyes at everyone else's self-importance. The character gives the story an outside observer who sees the plot's shape before the audience does, and Alexander makes that watchfulness feel like personality, not exposition.
