Milly Thompson

Milly Thompson is one half of the Bernardelli Insurance Society's two-woman team sent to track the destruction trailing Vash the Stampede. Tall, cheerful, and disarmingly blunt, she carries an enormous stun gun she calls her "stungun" and treats even chaos with warm, guileless good humor.

Her size and firepower suggest a joke character, and the show lets her be funny — but Satsuki Yukino keeps a plainspoken sincerity underneath the gags. Milly says exactly what she feels, kindness included, and that straightforwardness becomes the emotional ballast of a story that otherwise loves misdirection.
