Michael "Big Mike" Tucker

Big Mike runs the Buy More electronics store the way a general runs a war he's already lost interest in — from behind a desk, with minimal effort and maximum self-interest. He's Chuck's boss, gruff and food-obsessed, more concerned with the office spread than with actually managing anyone, and he treats every crisis as beneath his attention.

Mark Christopher Lawrence plays him with a booming, unbothered authority that turns corporate nonsense into comedy — Big Mike never raises his voice because he never needs to, he just outlasts everyone's patience. He's the show's reminder that beneath the spy plot there's still a mediocre retail job to survive, and he makes that survival hilarious.
