Billed simply as "Mexican," this is one of Futurama's many fleeting background figures—a face glimpsed in the crowded, joke-dense sprawl of New New York rather than a character built for a storyline of his own. He exists at the edges of scenes, doing whatever small bit of business the gag requires.

Futurama's world runs on exactly this kind of throwaway population: unnamed, briefly voiced people who make the future feel lived-in rather than staged. David Herman, already doing heavier lifting elsewhere in the cast, brings the same quick commitment to this passing role, the kind of small vocal flourish that rewards a rewatch.
