Marcia "Marcy" Roy

Marcia is Logan Roy's wife, gliding through Waystar's boardrooms and family dinners with a composure none of his children can match. She says little, misses nothing, and guards her own history as fiercely as she guards Logan. Nobody in this family seems to know quite what to make of her, which seems to suit her fine.

Hiam Abbass plays Marcia as a woman who has already won every argument in the room before anyone else has started speaking. The show keeps her motives opaque, and Abbass turns that opacity into a kind of quiet power — she's the one person Logan can't fully read, and neither can we.
