Mandy

Mandy appears as one of the many incidental faces that populate New New York, part of the crowded, chattering background against which Fry, Leela and the Planet Express crew go about their misadventures. She surfaces briefly, does what the scene needs, and moves on without fuss.

Futurama has always thrived on the density of its world, and voices like this one are why that world feels lived-in rather than sketched. Tress MacNeille, an animation utility player of enormous range, gives even a passing character a distinct texture, adding to the show's sense that everyone on screen has a whole life happening just off it.
