Major Francis Monogram
Major Francis Monogram in Phineas and Ferb (2007), played by Jeff Marsh.
Major Francis Monogram or, as he likes to be known, simply Major Monogram (due to the fact that people often tease him about his first name) is the current leader of O.W.C.A and Agent P's commanding officer, giving him his mission briefing everyday while managing the agency's operations with the aid of his unpaid intern, Carl Karl.
