Persia White plays Lynn's flightiness as a genuine worldview rather than a joke at her expense, so the character never curdles into deadweight comic relief. The writing lets her be maddening to her friends and clearly happy anyway, which makes her the group's quiet argument that there's more than one way to build a life.
