Lrrr

Lrrr is the blustering ruler of Omicron Persei 8, a hulking alien warlord who invades Earth on a whim and threatens annihilation over the pettiest slights. He's married to Ndnd, endlessly henpecked at home despite his planet-conquering bravado, and prone to sulking when things don't go his way.

The joke is the gap between his cosmic menace and his domestic misery — a tyrant who can vaporize cities but can't win an argument with his wife. Maurice LaMarche's booming, Orson Welles-inflected voice sells every empty threat, making Lrrr's petulance funnier the louder and more apocalyptic he gets.
