Logan Echolls

At Neptune High, Logan runs with the wealthy 09er crowd and has made himself Veronica's chief tormentor, tossing off cruel nicknames and staged humiliations with a movie-star smile. He's the son of a famous actor, always performing, always in control — until the cracks in that performance start to show.

The show sets him up as a stock rich-kid villain, then keeps letting real grief and fury leak through the sarcasm before you're ready for it. Jason Dohring plays the cruelty and the wound with the same conviction, so the meanness never feels cheap — it feels like armor, which is exactly why it's so satisfying to watch crack.
