Lieutenant Gorn

Lieutenant Gorn sits among the ranks of the Imperial Security Bureau, one more careful functionary in a room full of careful functionaries. He speaks when spoken to, reads reports aloud, and watches the shifting currents between his superiors with the wary attention of a man who knows survival here means never being wrong first.

Andor is full of officers like Gorn, and that's the point: the show finds real tension in Imperial mediocrity, in men whose only ambition is to not be blamed. Sule Rimi plays him with a stiff, watchful correctness that makes the ISB's bureaucratic menace feel entirely plausible — evil administered in memos and meetings.
