Lemuel Cannon

Lemuel Cannon is one of Loy Cannon's sons, growing up inside the family's Kansas City crime syndicate as it jostles for territory with the Faddas. He watches more than he speaks, absorbing the codes of loyalty and violence that run through his household, still working out what kind of man that inheritance will make him.

Matthew Elam plays him with a stillness that lets you read the weight of what surrounds him without a word of exposition. Fargo often filters its brutal power struggles through the eyes of children learning to survive them, and Lemuel becomes a quiet register of how a family's violence gets passed down as inheritance.
