Legato Bluesummers is a blind, soft-spoken figure who commands absolute obedience from those around him without raising his voice. He appears as the calm center of chaos, orchestrating violence from a distance through others' bodies and minds. Serene, unreadable, and utterly without hesitation, he treats cruelty as a simple matter of will.

Toshihiko Seki gives him a hushed, unhurried delivery that makes every quiet line feel like a threat already carried out. The character's stillness is the joke and the horror at once — he never needs to move to win. That contrast between his gentle voice and the devastation he causes is what makes him impossible to look away from.
