Lackey

Lackey is exactly what his name promises: a nervous, obedient flunky who does Mom's bidding at MomCorp without ever asking why. He hovers at her elbow, ready with a sycophantic yes or a whimpered apology, and never once considers that her plans might be monstrous.

The joke is entirely in the flatness of the concept — a henchman so generic he's simply called Lackey — and Maurice LaMarche plays him with a quivering, put-upon meekness that makes every scene funnier by contrast with Mom's icy menace. He's a small, reliable laugh embedded in a much bigger villain's machinery.
