Little is asked of her beyond competence and calm, and she gives exactly that — brisk, professional, unbothered by the chaos checking in around her.

Alba Foncuberta Bufill plays her with the dry composure of someone who has seen every type of guest before, turning a functional role into a small comic anchor. She doesn't need lines to land the joke — a raised eyebrow, a flat tone, and the scene's absurdity registers through her instead of despite her.
