Killbot #2

Killbot #2 is exactly what the name promises: one half of a matched pair of hulking robotic enforcers, deployed for menace rather than personality. He follows orders, throws his weight around, and exists mostly to make the humans in the room nervous. Futurama rarely bothers giving him more motivation than that.

The joke is in the numbering itself — a killbot who is, definitionally, not even the main killbot. Phil LaMarr leans into that anticlimax, giving the character a flat, dutiful menace that undercuts its own scariness. It's a small piece of background world-building that gets a laugh purely from how little it insists on itself.
